TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using any Dispensadent product, including the Bite Paper Dispenser (the “Product”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.
2. Intended Use
The Dispensadent Bite Paper Dispenser is intended for use by licensed dental professionals for dispensing articulating paper in clinical settings. The Product is not intended for non-dental use, consumer/home use, or use outside professional clinical supervision. Use outside its intended purpose is at the user’s own risk.
3. Professional Responsibility
The Product is a dispensing device only. Clinical judgment remains solely the responsibility of the dental professional. Dispensadent does not provide clinical advice. Proper infection control procedures must be followed at all times.
4. Product Compatibility
The Bite Paper Dispenser is designed for use with compatible articulating paper rolls. Compatibility details are provided on our website and packaging. Dispensadent is not responsible for malfunction caused by incompatible rolls, modifications, improper loading, or misuse.
5. Product Modifications
Any modification, alteration, or tampering with the Product voids all warranties and releases Dispensadent from liability. This includes changing internal components, replacing blades with non-approved parts, or structural modifications.
6. Warranty – One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Dispensadent Inc. warrants that the Dispensadent Bite Paper Dispenser (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects, defects in materials, and defects in workmanship under normal clinical use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, blade dulling over time, damage caused by dropping or impact, improper cleaning or sterilization methods, use with incompatible articulating paper rolls, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function. Any modification or tampering with the Product voids this warranty.
If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, Dispensadent Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair the Product, replace the Product, or issue a refund of the original purchase price. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispensadent Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Product. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.
8. Assumption of Risk
The Product contains a cutting blade. Proper handling is required. Injury resulting from misuse is the responsibility of the user.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within [Insert Number] days of delivery provided the Product is unused, in original packaging, and proof of purchase is provided. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the Product is defective.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, trademarks, branding, product configuration, and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Dispensadent Inc. Patent Pending. Reproduction, duplication, or copying is strictly prohibited.
11. Updates to Terms
Dispensadent reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
